Your session combines elements from circulatory, deep tissue, myofascial, and neuromuscular techniques, guided by you and your body’s feedback. Circulatory Massage

A relaxing, flowing massage that helps bring fresh, oxygen-rich blood to your muscles while supporting lymphatic circulation. These long, gentle strokes warm and soften the muscles, easing tension and preparing your body for deeper work. It’s a wonderful way to feel energized, balanced, and ready for more focused techniques.

Deep Tissue

This gentle yet effective touch works on the deeper layers of muscle to release chronic tension, tight spots, and old scar tissue. It helps your muscles relax fully so deeply held tension can release with ease. The pressure is guided by your comfort and feedback, so you stay relaxed and safe. The result is a lighter, freer, and more relaxed body.

Myofascial Release

This technique works on the connective tissue (fascia) surrounding your muscles, helping to release tension and restrictions that affect posture and movement. By addressing areas of tightness, scar tissue, or spasticity, myofascial release supports freer, more balanced movement and can reduce the physical effort required to maintain posture or perform daily activities.

Neuromuscular Repatterning

This technique helps your body and nervous system work together more efficiently. Lymphatic Drainage

Gentle manipulation of areas effected by backed up lymphatic fluid(lymphedema).  This technique is also known as manual lymphatic drainage.  Lymphedema is when there is fluid retention in the tissues,  causing a puffy and swollen appearance.  Sometimes this condo can be painful and prevent an area of the body from fully healing.   The fluid is manually cleared from the area it has collected,  then manually pushed through the lymphatic pathways to be reabsorbed into the lymph nodes and flushed out.
